I dont understand a word of Hebrew, but my heart swells with both joy and sadness at the same time. I am not Jewish, but I will ALWAYS stand by Israel and the Jewish people.

I cannot explain my bond to the Jewish people. Its like one of my ancestors was Jewish - but forgot to tell me. I am a Zionist and will always be one.

Its about time that the world starts to recognize the right of the Jewish people to live happily.

@crazygirl1900 I'm soprano violin in our orchestra at school and we will be performing in three weeks. Hatkivah was picked as part of the program since it celebrates both Christian and Jewish holidays. I hope to treasure same king of memories you grab from the song after the concert :-)
