Day thirteen of my vlog. Laundry Day! I share the one unbreakable laundry rule in NYC and reveal a product that keeps me from hauling around three items to do my wash. I also speak of the horrors of "laundromat music."

  • Oh- and the worst part was that was only one weeks worth of clothes! LOL!

  • @smacandy I'm only a family of one. Far less clothing. Plus, I'm a guy. If it smells clean, it is clean. That's just science. Look it up.

  • WOW, I miss the days when all I had to do was one bag of clothes. The other day I had to wash all of our clothes at a friends and I filled up 4 garbage bags ! Its amazing how much you use with kids. If you ever want an adventure you can do mine! =)

  • @smacandy I do laundry once to twice a month depending on the need. I hate doing it, so I often lug two big bags down only once a month. Since losing my job, I wear less clothes. (That doesn't sound good.)

  • Laundry question now... So, why not throw your laundry bag in with your laundry so it is clean & you can place it on the 'clean laundry table'? Would people still get mad at you or would they realize you also cleaned it?

  • @AmyAngelGal I do wash it, I just can't dry it (nylon). As for people noticing that I washed it, they wouldn't care if I did. It represents "dirtiness" and I can't wash that off.

  • Oh man, I had no idea! That is so gross, I guess I would be as paranoid as everyone else...

  • Isn't that the truth! Remember how we couldn't wait to grow up & be 'the boss' of ourselves?! Now we realize that entails bills, responsibilities, working and more bills. Ahhh, what I wouldn't do to go back & just be a good kid & enjoy life!

  • People can be so silly! LOL

  • @AmyAngelGal Definitely! I often look at it and think back to simpler days...

  • @campblsoupgrl I believe it is because the city is so big and dirty everyone fears the worst from you. Everyday New Yorkers try and avoid bedbug infestations, germs, and skin diseases from the homeless. Not kidding. I've seen leprosy on the subway.

  • @TheZiggy777 Big time! An old lady went off on me, twice! (Two different occasions.) At first I thought she was dying, what with all the spooky barking coming out of her mouth hole.

  • @PippenPrints Thank you for noticing! You're a super sweetie!
