  • Can you remake this video? Fran is VERY distracting and there is so much commotion as to make what is a very informative video unwatchable. PLEASE remake this video without anyone asking questions. Just have a silent filmer and script it out. There are no high quailty injera vids. Please help!!!!

  • Well, I've tried it now. My injera isn't as good as what you get at the restaurant, by it was my first time. I'll get better as I keep making it.

  • You don't need to pour the water from the starter. I never throw it away--it helps with the fermentation and rising process.
