Heyy there vegansaladparty (funny name:p) ... How long have you been practicing bykrma yoga? .. I think your technique is great and in addition postures are deep to the limit, i love you standing bow with the knee blocked. You should be able to do a whole wheel :) !
This type of videos keep making me trainning more and more.. !
