Shall I just point out that in that episode the Klingon's and Enterprise crew were manipulated by a third party. You could say that Iraq/Afghanistan are the Klingon's and the Enterprise crew is America, with Al-Qaeda as the third party. Now, how about not using Star Trek to promote your conspiracy theory, yes? Star Trek promoted peace, equality and order, not pushing anti-authoritative messages.

It translates to "The Base" or " The database" and was the code name for the list of mujahedeen fighters used by Saudi Arabia and the CIA during the Soviet Invasion of Afghanistan in the 80s. “Al-CIAduh” was a creature of Intelligence Agencies from its start and has probably remained so right up until 9/11 and beyond. Bin Laden was also a CIA operative with the alias “Tim Osman”, he's also most likely been dead since 2001.
