first of all it doesnt matter if its touched by muscle any place the 2 fingers touch will discharge an output of current. the capacitator discharge is powered by a disposable camera so you cant see it discharge you can hear it discharge making a large shrieking sound. thirdly,the glove finger tips are supposed to flash some electricity only when its touching other metals! if not then it goes through it without damaging its inner circuitry. (which is really happening when it shows the flash)
