They aren't referring to the radiation, they're talking about the governments unwillingness to share important information about not only the tsunami but other important issues as well. This has been ongoing, but it was brought to a head after the tsunami.

Dir en grey's message has always been linked with the values of self-awareness, questioning yourself and others , a drive to take nothing for granted and to relentlessly pursue your own dreams. To eliminate complacency, fight ignorance, combat hatred and end needless suffering - fighting for the truth and for everything you value. Never letting up, and never GIVING up.
