@anikelove i have got to agree with you on that why hide your face. im not hating on you at all but i think if you wanna keep yourself motivated why not start a vlog and document your entire experience. that way you not only help yourself but you motivate other people. to just post this video like it is, is a bit vain to me cause your trying to show off what you have done but from the looks of it, its not that dramatic of a change to be making this kind of video.

alrite thanx got a couple cardio dvds that I can do and im going to look into the Denise Austin vids.
this is just annoying why cover ur face, like we are viewing a cadaver. wht post anything at all in the first place. this is retarded.

what kind of exercise have you been doing? especially for your stomach if you dont mind me asking.

@essencez1 I haven't really been working out. I just start back working out today. But the best workout that I've found to work is cardio. I work out with Denise Austin dvds and I run at the gym. Crunches work, but it builds muscles on top of fat. Cardio burns fat. Doing cardio will allow you to lose weight all over (including your stomach). after you've lost weight, you're stomach will start to flatten and then crunches can help you tone.
