UPDATE #1
This is a presentation of the finished tiny jet engine that i made. I didn't include any video because i haven't tested yet, since i have not an appropriate small gas tank. My guess is that it won't work efficiently or won't work at all, because when you scale down any sort of engine, some of it's properties change a lot, and i'm not in position to know which are going to be, since i have neither the knowledge nor the equipment to find out. If the engine will work i will post a video in the future..
IT IS NOT A WORKING ENGINE, JUST A STATIC MODEL
NO PLANS
NOT FOR SALE

  • @johnnyq90 The light bulb took some 2000 attempts and when asked about his failures Edison replied "I did not fail to make a light bulb 1,999 times. I simply found 1,999 ways how to not make a light bulb

  • @doobydooby223 As rotating systems get smaller, their potential RPM goes up. Smaller bearings and slimmer shafts result in greater RPM, not the other way around.

Nice workmanship mate, well-machined, can't be easy at that scale.

  • I`would`love`to`know`were1you`made`da`tiny`turbine`fans`in`molds?

  • Pretty cool and impressive but can u make another vid of it actually working?

  • so cute <3

  • Heavy: It is so tiny.

  • Can u make me 1

  • please could you send me the list of materials used cheers mate

  • Even though it looks cool as shit and I wish something like this could be done it just wouldn't work because although you can shrink the parts down as much as you want you can't shrink down the size of air molecules or the size of fuel molecules or the amount of air to fuel needed for combustion. Sry. awsome attempt though I love it!
