@SquareWire46 Have you documented the work of swapping the motor? I love the SXV, but will not own one because I'm not interested in a bike that is so maintenance intensive, but your swap looks like a good blend of a brilliant chassis with a nice motor. I would love to learn more.

amazing transplant!! dont listen to the haters i have an sxv 450 love it to bits but would love it more with peace of mind on the maintinance issues, noticed you got a second caliper for the thumb brake did you try out a 2 way system with just the original caliper first??

@coxy0046 thanks mate, nope, I went straight for the second caliper option, I used this solution on other bikes so it was quiet straightforward.cheers
