  • what part of the rainy u guys fishin there? i was lookin at the shore and stuff but i couldnt tell...j.w im startin to get into sturgeon fishin, and i live by the rainy there...so thats where i fish...thanks...oh ya nice fish by the way

  • We launched out of Baudette, and headed up river about a mile, Its pretty tough to descibe, not many distinguishing features on the river.

Use crawlers and look for the deeper toughs and you will find the big ones.

    Good luck

  • net is not going to work for stugeons only small ones u should use ropes to grab the tail and bring it in

  • We started doing that after our first two monsters. Using a non slip glove we would grab by the tail. Much easier than the other way seen in this show. Oh well, fish and learn.

  • Great fish !!

My GF and I just caught our first ever sturgeon yesterday, August 30, 2008.

Good use of expletives, I let a few slip every video as I love to fish as well!!!

    have a good one

  • That was my spare net I lent to them. I have larger net that makes a 56 inch look small and has plenty of room for a 65+ incher.

Larry can't believe I didn't watch this sooner.
