HMCS Vancouver relieves HMCS Charlottetown

At a brief ceremony today in the port of Palma de Mallorca, Spain, HMCS Vancouver officially relieved HMCS Charlottetown as Canada's naval contribution to enforce United Nations Security Council Resolution 1973 to protect civilian populations in Libya.

Canada was attacked twice in her history, 1777 and 1812, Have fought in many wars since, but you would have us sitting on the fence. Though it has lost the conflict at home whether to participate in an aggressive war against a sovereign nation sparsely populated by 6 million inhabitants and poorly armed.

It's like you are boosting Canada and 39 others having beaten a child to death.
