ANIM756 Project 3 - Two Characters

This assignment required that we have two characters in the same scene. Emphasis on 'ping-pong' interaction and body language were some of the key points. The source audio is from Monty Python's "The Travel Agent Sketch", and the initial poses were referenced from that same sketch but I played around with them some.

This project was also pretty difficult, but I think this is one of my favorite assignments of the quarter. Animating two characters took a very long time but the results came out great. BasicGuy's facial rig is really detailed and versatile (so much so that I didn't figure out some of the rig's functions until after I finished this assignment). I didn't want to exaggerate the poses and facial expressions too much lest it come off as campy, but I think I hit the emotional peaks rather well. My final grade was a B+.
