An easy recipe that has lots of fiber, some protein, and that is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth, especially if you're a choco-holic like me! All you need is 2 cups of Fiber One Cereal (or 1 sleeve), a 12 oz package of semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1 scoop of Max Pro Protein Powder (Vanilla, Chocolate or Banana would work), and 1-2 tsp of powdered peanut butter (optional). Microwave the chocolate chips on high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, stir til smooth, then mix the rest of the ingredients in and drop spoonfulls onto wax paper. Let them sit for a couple of hours til firm and enjoy! Remember, don't eat too many of these othewise you won't be able to step very far away from the bathroom!!!
