I was there, section 2. Elton John's piano had a stuck sustain pedal which produced huge feedback and noise in his earphones. He tried to brave through it, but stormed off the stage early forcing the crew to work and Joel to take over. He made a funny comment that this was "a classic rock and roll f* up - we don't see too many of those anymore" and later even noted this wasn't taped, to remind the younger generation! The tech issues fixed, the overall show was great, even with no encore.
