Only in Cape Town, the mother city, could two entirely different cultures be raised side by side and flourish without losing any of their unique qualities. Two girls from different backgrounds form a friendship that is strengthened by their differences. This film follows the friendship, from their first strides to their final steps of life, capturing the most valuable memories that they share together, the little momemnts in which life happens, where an identity is formed and a story is born. Directed by Katey Carson.
Winner of Best Film, Directing and Editing of the 2011 Shotties Short Film Competition of the University of Cape Town.
