@mike, you'd have to prove why a natural inclination, one which enriches a person's life & involves other consenting adults, should BE repressed. Must str8 men deny their attraction for receptive adult women? Of course not. Consenting adults are free to pursue happiness as they wish. Rational people understand that trying to compare such consensual unions with raping children and abusing minorities is both absurd and intellectually dishonest, as those actions bring harm and are nonconsensual.

@MattFrame God did create diversity and I'm so glad that he did. But man chooses how to live his/her life. Just because one has the inclination to be attracted to the same sex doesn't make it right to give in to that inclination. If i had an attraction to children, would that be OK? If i had an inclination towards racism, would that be OK? I don't think so. Sorry, your points may be good enough for you, but they are not good enough for a wonderful perfect god who loves his creation.

@mikedonovandad, God created diversity for a reason, with all sorts of checks and balances built in to His system. He knew what he was doing when He created black, gay, tall, short, ;left-handed, red-haired, and all sorts of other people. That's good enough for me.
