The Arrows wrote it in 1975. Everybody after are doing cover versions. Miley does this great. Comparing the Arrows and Joan Jett is silly. It's like comparing the Ray Charles version on "Money" to The Beatles version. Different. Both down to a matter of subjective taste. This logic is probably way over the head of the previous poster.
