G77 countries' chief negotiator speaks to NGOs in Copenhagen - Pt. 3

Lumumba Di-Aping, the chief negotiator for the G77 countries, spoke to nonprofit organization representatives yesterday at the UN Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen Denmark. The G77 countries are the major group of developing countries, many of which are among the most threatened by effects of climate change.

Pt. 3 includes sections 'Message to United States NGOs', 'Breaking the G77 should be left to the CIA, not NGOs', 'Why the U.S. is so critical', and 'Joining Kyoto and supporting China'
