2jz swapped 300zx, stock long block with auto cams, Borg Warner S366, 950cc injectors with a Haltech EMS running 12psi. VS. VG30dett 300zx with stock turbo's BPU running 20psi
2jz in a z32........ Ima go cry now because these 2 things were never suppose to be mixed! Toyota made the 2jz to compete with the vg because it's such a bad ass engine! Well ...... The z is just to sexy to be mixed with Toyota
@pimpinmoms I cant keep up with your comments so ill try to answer, its irritating when people try to "tell" me what they read. The fact is ive done it, many times over with many Z's. Everybody's setup is different so different results are expected. Ive had stock turbo Z's on the dyno stop making power after 14psi, and ive had them make more power up to 18psi. Why? same turbos.
BTW the VG Z in this vid is driven daily, beat on ALL the time, always has 110oct, and is always at 19psi
@dmarshalltt Too close to home? lol. And we all know a Youtube channel is how a person is. I own a 300zx myself and have driven drag cars before. It's one of the first things you learn to do.
and 100? mph? Keep joking lol. I'm not big on youtube arguing. So I'll let you live your little delusion lol. Have a nice day.
@tobythesandwich lmao, and where would you like me to hold the steering wheel? you think the car was moving around because i was jerking the wheel?
Do you even have a car? your channel looks like you are some stoner that like to break chairs......
ive never lost it in my Z and it gets no traction till 100 or so. Spinning till 100 i can still hold it in my own lane. Thanks but ill drive how ever the hell i want and put my hands where i want on my steering wheel.
@dmarshalltt Then handle the steering wheel properly. The 10-2 position from back in the day doesn't really apply as much anymore. If you're fighting a FWD car's torque steer than maybe. But I've seen dozens of drag racing accidents by someone holding the steering wheel up too high and a little too much pressure down (usually while shifting) sends the car veering to the left.
Woooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
