In summer 2011, "Casual Man" is an "Urban Traveler". Maritime influences fresh colors such as blue, white, red, meet military styles ocher and orange set the tone which gives them a grainy touch while pastels create an elegant break in sporty styles. The season's absolute trends are patterned Bermudas or jeans and shorts with applications and eye-catching seams on pant pockets and waistbands. Chinos and jeans are slender. The tops are also highlights and fashion hues are a must-have for the warm summer months.
The summery key look consists of denim shorts with a casual shirt and cotton sports coat, worn with the sleeves rolled up.

Welcome to summer with a romantic nature theme. Romantic blouses with flower prints, hand-painted patterns and tiny paisleys provide contrast. Lace, frilled elements and country embroidery add feminine accents. Camouflage prints are a particular innovation for this season, and are transferred to flower prints.

The season start is replaced by a modern maritime theme. Stripes in every variation are important, and -- along with dots -- are an absolute must for shirts and are popular for styling with chinos or relaxed boyfriend pants. Palm prints, painted flower prints, tropical flowers and decorations are found on casual blouses that can also be worn as dresses create a holiday mood in time for the high summer season.
