I originate from Sweden but live in Australia, 17 years old and I'm 6'1" i almost got the district record at 1.86cm but just didn't clear it. My standing vertical is 78cm but on a run up off 1 foot I can get about 95cm, clearly technique error when it comes to high jump. I think i could improve it by a fair bit, but i just can't work out the proper technique, does anyone have any tips? Stefan Holm is amazing! :)
I have a dunk video on my channel if anyone wants to check it out

a 60cm vertical jump...that is ridiculously low...when you know that someone like chris lowery has a vertical of 50inches and the average NBA player a vertical in the mid 40s...the more amazing when you see him jump 2.40m

Holm is best :)
