um, actually the end effect sounds great. Can you sing it any better? If you can, my hat's off to ya, cause this version rocks and my hat is off to Bill (the vocalist's name I believe). I have been performing in bands for a long time now and for ANYONE to pull this song of that well deserves big time kudos, instead of people who have nothing better to do than to slag on them. What's your story? Why so judgemental?

My thoughts exactly. It takes a good band to do a cover like this and to sing a SP song, you gotta be good.

Like I said before, I would love to see some of these so called artist that mock cover bands to do a cover like this.
Steve Perry and Journey could not of done it any better.

These guys are good musicians and the singer isnt trying to be Steve Perry. I'm not really sure what the issue is when you try to emulate great singers like a Perry or a Delp or Tate. Hes not them but hes been influenced a great deal by them and pays, in my opinion, above average tribute to them in his renditions. You should go check out their own stuff before ripping them.

Not even close. Steve Perry sings circles around that guy. Journey also has a much better guitarist and drummer.
