  • i never seen better to be honest

  • HELL YES THIIS GUY ROCKS EVERYONE THAT TALKS SHIT CAN SUCK A FAT ONE HE IS DA BOMB XD

  • @69torus True. It makes things a tad easier if someone's been there before. Django was among the first of his kind to play with such technique and in such a style. Without Django, there'd be no Joscho. Of course, I'm not undermining what Joscho Stephan is doing. Becoming this technically proficient no matter what role models you have is an amazing feat. :)

  • @josiah566 I know what you mean, but it's perfect the way it is as it adds to Django's "mystique". Django tore the roof off of people's minds, so did Jimi Hendrix. There are plenty of guitarists who have surpassed Hendrix in technical matters as well, but there's only one Jimi. There's only one Django. Guys like Joscho and Stochelo are keeping the commitment to excellence alive and well. That's why it has "everything to do with Django"

  • @69torus Well, Django had only 2 fretting fingers during his runs. Maybe that's why. Just think of how much more technically brilliant had Django kept his other 2 fretting fingers.

  • Saying that his playing is merely "great technique" yet not having anything to do with Django is hilarious! It has EVERYTHING to do with Django. Reinhardt continues to inspire new generations of guitarists. Guitarists who admittedly surpassed Django technically...hmmmm, I wonder why that is? But his spirit continues to shine...

  • where's that bass coming from? sure would've been nice to show the whole band.

  • Smashing stuff

  • great technique & playing but nothing to do with Django!
