A video taken on Monday 5th April 2010 showing various scenes of the preserved Spa Valley Railway in Kent. It currently runs for 3½ miles through the picturesque Kentish Weald countryside between the town of Royal Tunbridge Wells and the village of Groombridge, however track is already in place beyond Groombridge, leading to the National Rail Network station "Eridge". This will almost double the length of the line and it is hoped that this section will be opened this year (2010). Visit the following for more details on this line; http://www.spavalleyrailway.co.uk/Index.htm
I most certainly aggree with your comments. The day in which I took this video was my first ever visit and I was very impressed. Sadly I live to far away to volunteer on this line but I will return once the line to Eridge is re-opened. Any ideas when this may be?
