  • All is not OK with this video. Gekic is sometimes soft and then sometimes loud with the right hand. Uneven in volume is the phrase. At the end, he thunders the last two chordal cadences as though he were playing Rachmaninov's Third. His octaves also leave something to be desired. Listen to Rubinstein and Arrau.

  • Beautiful, no less than admiration !...and the audience was very good awaiting for him to take is fingers off the keyboard to applause, :) :)

  • This is so positively beautiful. There can be no better pianist than this man. My absolute favorite pianist in the world. I think there should be a cult dedicated to him. He is pure genius.

  • I just fell in love with that piece all over again...

  • Great performance.

I Love how he beautifully keep the melody in the middle arppeggiated section and starts the "doppio movemento" with a pianissimo and gradually increasing the energy towards the end...

The more I listen his performances, the more I admire this pianist.
