Used to know all these guys back in the day - put them all on (in various positions in various bands at various times) - used to work at the 'row back in the day. Happier times indeed!

I remember seeing the Fizzbombs supporting the Jesus and Marychain in Glasgow Barrowlands in 1989 and then again in 1990 in Potterow Edinburgh. What great times

How did I miss them? I saw the Shoppies in the Glasgow QMU,and they were very poor - someone poured beer on the DJ's console, and the plug got pulled. I remember Fran Schoppler being in one of my classes, but I missed the Fizzbombs completely. I like this single - who was in them?

Ann Donald - bass
Both Margarita and Angus were also in Jesse Garon & The Desperadoes, Margarita was also in Rote Kapelle.
Ann was drummer for the Shop Assistants aswell.
I would have loved to have been old enough to have witnessed those great Edinburgh bands from that time, but at least I can enjoy the singles, and buy some from Avalanche.
