@TalesTheShapeShifter Yes, for sure this will help with Eka Pada Sirsasana, as it is a hip opener. Also try Marichyasana A and Kurmasana/Supta Kurmasana to really work with getting the leg fully behind the head.

@medyoga72 I really only do Ashtanga Yoga, no other forms of fitness to increase flexibility. I do some extra-credit stretches and strengthening movements, many of which I share here.
