Exposing the CRIMINAL Libel & Slander of the Bolshevik Left against Chaim Ben Pesach & JTF!!!

Message from JTF's Chairman Chaim Ben Pesach posted on the JTF forum on December 11, 2008 in response to the libellous, slanderous, defamatory YouTube videos and web sites containing the totally phony so-called "mug shot" and "newspaper article"[faked in 'PhotoShop'] outrageously and falsely accusing him of being arrested in 1989 for "child molestation":

"Popeye the Peace Now Jew-hater works with Zalka as well.

"Popeye from Peace Now is the one who photoshopped the "article" accusing me of pedophilia. Popeye has also done videos accusing me of being a serial rapist. And all of you have seen Popeye's almost daily videos against me during the past month.

"The Left refuses to debate me on the issues. They tried several times on the internet and lost badly. So now they engage in the most pathetic smears.

"[Uzi Zalka's] web sites have only one subject: Chaim Ben Pesach's real name is Victor Vancier, and Victor is a pedophile and a rapist.

"There are self-hating Jews in Israel who are literally obsessed with Chaim Ben Pesach. You would think that I am on the verge of becoming Prime Minister. In reality, I still can't even set foot in Israel, but these sick traitors spend most of their time attacking me"

It is so obvious that these videos defaming Chaim Ben Pesach are fakes:

#1) The idiot writes "charges of molesting of child" which sounds like very awkward English. It sounds like a foreigner wrote this phrase......in other words, Uzi Zalka

#2) Then he writes "enticement of a child", which sounds stupid, incoherent and is very poor English grammar.

#3)It's so obvious the picture looks like Chaim now...in his 50s, yet the "article" says that the picture is Chaim at 33 years of age.

#4) Why would Chaim be smiling in his own mug shot? Who smiles in a mug shot?

#5) The sentences in the so-called "article" are not justified properly on the right side. In a REAL newspaper article the sentences all line up on the right and left sides. Here there are sentences that end with a huge space following them. Then the next sentence ends further to the right. What, did this jerk use a 1950's typewriter to make this? LOL!

#6) The first sentence states "...Victor Vancier from New York is facing charges of molesting of child, is scheduled to appear...", which is obviously very poor English poor grammar as a run on sentence.

#7)The neck is clearly way too thick - betraying the fact that it belongs to another man with a much heavier build than Chaim.Not only that, but the skin on the neck is of a different color - again betraying the fact that it belongs to another person.The photo is clearly of Chaim in his 50's - yet the "mug shot" is supposedly from 1989 when Chaim was 33.

#8)THE SO-CALLED "NEWSPAPER" HAS NO IDENTIFYING NAME!

Not only that, but there is no name given for the (fictitious) "reporter" who supposedly wrote the (fictitious) "article". Since when do newspaper articles have no byline indicating the reporter's name who wrote the article?

#9) Chaim Ben Pesach and the name they listed - "Victor Vancier" - is NOT located in any sex offender registry

#10) One of our JTF forum members even went to the trouble of calling the Maryland department of public safety and correctional services. He spoke with the lady there and she was unable to find that name listed for the date posted.

It's a serious crime to spoof or impersonate law enforcement records or falsify documents. The individuals posting these phony photographs and bogus "newspaper articles" on web sites and on YouTube could be held accountable for serious criminal liability in a court of law.

It is very difficult for them to debate truthfully, as they live in a fabricated marxist utopia. Being detached from reality as they are, they resort to libel and slander, as they always have.
