Road Hump

New invention for road humps that only penalize speeding drivers allowing other drivers to pass unhindered. N.B. the wieght of the passing vehicle deflects (raises) the hump - IT DOES NOT 'SPRING UP FROM NOWHERE'!!!

FUCKING DANGEROUSLY HOMOCIDAL IDEA!

People who are speeding slow down for speedbumps because they know they will lose control going over them too fast, so when this thing turns into a bump when they don't expect it to they will panic and wreck into a tree.

Also, why are slow drivers hindered by speed bumps? They fixed a problem that didn't need fixing
