While shooting an episode of Burn Notice on Miami's famed South Beach, our crew was interrupted by Charles, a local street person and self proclaimed Cat WoMAN who likes to "party like a rock star. "He asked us to make him famous, so we promised to put him on the Internet as we had no roles he could fill.
