@DefyingNoodles Thank you for recommending, but I've already seen them. Drugs don't cause irreversible alterations of verbal skills. In my opinion, drugs helped him to speak fluently and to be more uninhibited, in fact, his behaviour on the stage has also changed. So, yes: faster but also more self-confident. I would say you're wrong if you assume he was "better". This is the real JF

@Shulambur Faster.The drugs fucked him up to the point where his verbal skills have actually diminished. He looks like he has so much to say, but he can't say it all and sounds like he's out of it or he's mumbling. If you watch "John Frusciante falando sobre Jimi Hendrix em 1990", he just gets his words out easier and speaks more fluidly than he does now. For reference, "John Frusciante Interview VPRO 1994 (5/6)", this is heroin junkie John. THIS is what fucked him up.

@MsDarcyfan If you watch older videos from the early 90's before he got into hardcore drugs, he actually talked way faster. They fucked him up, ozzy osbourne style.
