bank of america, coutry wide sucks too. every thing is legal for bank. but the comsumer is always wrong. absloute is for the comsumer but banks and gov. any thing goes. where is the right in all of this? tell me where do we go for the answers, landoverunlimit@aol.com

Miss a payment and they harass you all day long. Let's get them back. Here's how I tie up their lines and resources: Call back the number they give you. Introduce yourself and then ask them to hold. Put the phone down and check on it every minute or so until they hang up. Call again as often as they call you. Or more! Again, they are assholes.

I was late 4 days with my payment, and they were calling me telling me that they are attempting to collect the debt. and as you I was hit by the storm IRENE and they didn't care about nothing. YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT WELLS FARGO SUCKS.

I understand that you were frustrated, but I'm guessing that Was a special case... Please don't hate... :) I never had a problem with wells Fargo home mortgage, in fact I'm really happy because thanks to them, I have a house.
