PDM Series 2 (pt4) Sir Nigel Gresley

We now change camera angle for this shot. Now for those of you who know this location, will realise there's another main line level crossing a few yards to the left of this crossing (Doncaster - Leeds Main line). Now here's the problem: What your about to see is Sir Nigel Gresley 60007 heading south on the ECML with the return working that you saw with 60163Tornado ( a couple of video's back). The camera angle & postion all set up for this shot, when on the Leeds line the "Northern Belle" turns up at the same time........ ARRRGGHHH!!!

Two great trains, but which film?? I've been after the "Northern Belle" for a while. The ironic thing is that this was the "Northern Belle's" 2nd visit to this location on this day. The 1st time I'd just got all the camera gear packed away in the car, when it turned up!! For it turn up a 2nd time in the same day & same location.....
Oh well may be next time eh!!
