Just one more shit that takes our freedom..our privacy..some jerks now can watch us, track where we are via GPS.. how "cool" is that! fuck security..nobody stills laptops..but everybody will want to know where're you, what you're doing and so on.. So.. NO for this CRAP!

whats to prevent the thief from pulling the battery, opening the case and shorting the GPS / SMS antenna or just outright disableing the power pin to the GPS reciever chip? No SMS signal equals no Kill switch, hell just tossing the laptop into a bag lined with tin foil would prevent it from being able to transmit or recieve. Next thing they would have to do is flash the BIOS remove any of the IP tracking software. As for the FDE encryption, thats easily cracked.

Notice they always ignore the fact that you can use a custom bootloader and load up OSX on a windows PC ether from boot or via VM inside windows.
