this was so sad. i can't imagine sitting there while they did test after test and i heard nothing, but still saw him in there. i regret my abortion, but for selfish reasons. i know my baby would not have had the wonderful life he deserved. I'll go cry some more now.

@kyannalynnia Hiya did you have d&c? And how long did it take you to get pregnant again? I am so irregular now with a 16 day cycle so no chance of it happening anytime soon x

I never understood the pain of this kinda thing before until it happened to me .. I'm now 7 weeks into number 4 and we r praying that it doesn't happen again

its such a shame :(

This is one of the saddest things I have seen.
I'm almost five weeks at the moment - I would be absolutely heart broken.
I have had a m/c before @ 13 weeks, but I never had any scans or blood work done...

@historymakerdj I know this was a long time ago, but progesterone helps the woman's body maintain the pregnancy. It doesn't affect heartbeat per se, it's to maintain the pregnancy.

i would cry my eyes out if that happened to me :'(

Yes, it is a shame that things like this happens but nature is so wise that baby's that have malformations do not develop (naturally of course) to be a born baby that will suffer more.
