That black Thin Twin looks right on the Kid! Kay Vintage Reissues are faithful recreations of the guitars and basses produced by the Kay Guitar Co. in the golden era of the 1950s and 60s. Kay Vintage Reissue, LLC. is part of the Kay Guitar Co., the same company that built these guitars in the 1950s and 60s, the same company that introduced the first publicly-available electric guitar and amps set in 1928, and the same company that has been producing instruments continuously since 1890. Kay Vintage Reissue guitars and basses are the genuine article. See www.kayvintagereissue.com for models, dealers, reviews, and vintage catalogs. Kay Vintage Reissue guitars are also on facebook and MySpace.

My first guitar was a Kay (Harmony?) I think....I have a pic of it, from a pawnshop in Texas. Got it for $30. Not a bad deal, really. Not really a metal type of tone, but it helped me learn to hone my skills. Had no idea it was a vintage guitar! Doh!
