I got an idea in my head that it might be fun to record some video of the ZX Spectrum I bought recently. I don't want to spent too much money at this stage so I tried to run the Speccy into my TV and back out into my HV20 but unfortunately as my HV20 is an NTSC version it only came through in black and white. I've not got an el-cheapo NTSC converter box that works pretty well, the video was choppy on normal TV but a little more stable on the simple Spectrum graphics. Sorry this isn't a colour example but it's just the first test!

  • Ha! I was searching for a solution for hooking up my girlfriend's Spectrum ZX Spectrum+2 on my NTSC TV. Of all the responses in Google you were the first one to show up.

I hope life is treating you well sir. I miss posting with you.

  • That's a big synchronization failure you have on top of screen.
