anon. is about to change the way you see in color.

The M1 goggle features exclusive technology called 'Magna-Tech'. Magna-Tech is the ultimate in effortless lens change innovation, it's the fastest and most advanced solution to swapping lens tints to date. Magnets are constructed in the frame and lens making the engagement / disengagement process simple enough to swap lenses without even taking the goggle frame off your face. No matter what conditions the mountain throws at you, the M1 will have you covered.

The M1 debuts at SIA - January 2012 in Denver, Colorado and will be available for purchase at your local snowboard shop in Fall 2012.

  • Isn't this like the Switch magnetic interchangeable sunglasses but for a goggle? Switch has had magnetic lenses for a few years now I think. This M1 would be good for fogging! Does it fit over glasses?

  • @schoolofdonkeys The size of your glasses differs heavily from person to person. You should definitely test them out first to make sure you have a good fit.

  • Does anyone have any info on the size? Is it bigger or smaller than the Anon Comrade or VZ Fishbowls?

  • @Flames1596 It's smaller than the Comrade but bigger than the Hawkeye

  • let me sum something up... electric goggles will always be better.

  • @lachysniffschilli The goggle design has 6 magnet connection points, and when all are fully bonded, the combined retention can hold up to 20 lbs. Our pro riders have been testing the product on snow for months. To date, we have yet to hear a complaint about the lens coming off of the goggle on impact.

  • @haider87 Everything you said for the advantages of goggles is true (I ride too so I have goggles myself), but my point is about the fact that you can take off your goggles to change your lens when you're at the bottom of the run or on the chairlift? But it's sure that it could be appreciated to be able to do it in 2 seconds without taking it off

  • @Guizmo900 After sunset I take off my goggles when I go night boarding and have noticed a few drawbacks to riding with no goggles

In addition to the added facial protection, goggles help keep wind out of your eyes if you are riding fast. And if your lenses are too dark, then you wont be able to use them at night.

  • But when will you need to switch lens when you're on the run? Nice concept though

  • basically the electric eg2, the dragon apx, and smith i/o had a threesome... I'm impressed
