That's why I only pay certain debts. I feel good when I see the chicanry that goes on with everything from war to student loans. I have debt and I simply don't pay it. Do I have a house? Yes, do I have assets? Sure, but not the type a bank would want. Bankers are said to be 'the smartest' or among them and yet when the crisis happens there was a thought 'are these guys dumb' or made a critical error in their logic? No, they did not, it was by design but some are smarter than the bankers.
