cod4 annoying spam

ok so i was playing search and destroy with my friend and he was on the other team so we just screwed around once everybody was dead and then this guy started to do this weird thing with messages. the strange thing was that he was still playing. i didnt get my cap card on in time to show it but he was playing and sending me and Joel Departed23 messages at the same time. this went on for about 10-20 minutes and was really annoying but i would like to know how to do it. i tried asking him but he didnt reply so please pm me if you know how. first he just sent unacceptable chat invites then it started going though my inbox of messages. it was weird as hell.

the only thing i dont get is how he made all the messages replay. i dont care about the chats.

all you do is keep clicking invite to private chat rapidly. if you want it to stop just change your status to busy. I'm suprised you havent encountered this before with all the assholes on xbox live.
