I wanted to make a video explaining how eating healthy, nutrition meals can actually be easy. You can prepare an entire weeks worth of meals ahead of time and take them to work or school with you.




The choices we make with the foods we eat will determine our figure and ultimately our health. I choose to eat nutrient dense foods that are loaded with vitamins and minerals.

Raw food is a staple of each and every meal I eat. I will eat on the average 6 to 7 small meals throughout the day which include raw fruits and vegetables, a protein source and a high quality fat source. It is vitally important to include all three macronutrients into your diet.
