Few minutes ago I tried out the new Switchback tower which has a nice Amber-ON White-OFF feature. Means that when turn signal has been switched on, the park light is switch OFF during that procedure. Also this new design is smaller in size and provides much more lighting power.

@kujalmi so when you are ordering the bulbs and u want it to blink yellow when u put the turn signal on but when the turn signal is off you want it white what color do you order the white or amber? I guess what i am asking is what bulb do i order if i want my turn signals to do the same thing yours do in this video? White or Amber?

@BMWownsall777 In my case I've ordered 3157 60 Led SMT Tower Amber-White (AO) AO is for Amber OFF when turn signal blinking, (AW) leaves it ON. So it's just one bulb with Amber-White... Hope I explained clearly enough :)

Because I live in Finland, and our traffic regulations prohibit all amber lights in front except turn signal. This way I don't need to install separate turn signals or park lights.

Got a pair in the front turn signals in my 2008 F150 and I absolutely love the look of them, the only thing I don't like is the dots in the reflectors...but they are LEDs, what do you expect? But Illegal? why would they be illegal? they are amber and white, the only two colors you can have on your car facing forward. if they were red or blue they would be illegal for only emergency can have forward facing red and blue. but I have had them for months and never been looked at by a cop

recon sell's them for 3 times the price as v led , and recon will not stand behind what they sell and are rude to deal with

@payasox5 it depends on the state and how aggressive the cop force is.

In most cases as long as the signal is not 100% white, they wont care. Technically the car is signalling with the white and amber color so it should be fine.

Just stay away from the all blue signals and you should be fine.
