I just don't feel as strong and confident at home alone as when I'm in classes and practicing with my pole gals.

Iron X is better when I have an audience and I do them on a tall enough pole.

My shoulders still roll a bit in Ayshas.

Handsprings.... shoulders again, and I am afraid of really going for them on my 50mm chrome when my first successes were on 45 ss and there's no-one there to be brave for. Stupid, I know.

Excuses excuses :P

  • wow hadnt seen this before, your flexibility rocks here, u look so comfortable hun and it really helps you. I esp love the way you flex up one leg on 2:44, and your landing on 4:39. So much gymnastic art to admire from watching this video! And balancing on 2 hands on 6:00 was ultra impressive too, i cant praise you on this video enough girl, 11 out of 10! X

  • @MilienElayne I pulled a muscle in my back LAST friday (unrelated to contortion. :/ twisted wrong in my comp chair) so I was out of comission. :/ Got back in the game yesterday, I did well! I think I need to get my splits flat, my hips aren't as open as they need to be so I hope when I push myself to do that, THEN I'll have them!
