Histopathology Lymph node--Mantle cell lymphoma

I don't know if I got it right , but arnt mantle cell lymphomas generally diffuse (nodular forms exist to a lesser extent)? , and from an examination point of view , are there othr criteria that can be helpful in diagnosis (like an important mitotic activity ?, the size of the neoplastic cells in comparison to the size of a normal lymphocyte?) , thank you.
