Protest at the Susan G Komen Walk-Houston?

A couple of people decided to spread the message of evil homosexuality at a walk about breast cancer awareness, reasearch, and prevention. Doesn't make a lot of sense. I got pretty fired up...but I just gave a nice little speech to other walkers that these losers were out there wasting their lives away with lame rhetoric while we were out there walking for friends and family and we were helping save lives(via the donations we collected). It was an epic moment. Honestly, I wanted to beat the hell out of them or shove them to an 8 foot injury, but that would have just put me in their hands, whatever. They're wasting time and lives, they could be with friends and family, instead they decide to be the second coming of the WBC. Hope you guys like your faces on the internet!!

People like them always hide behind cameras, its dumb. They should just pick more appropriate v enues and not have to worry about their own safety, even though they just want money.

Well that's how it is with most people protesting. And I'm all for freedom speech, but like the WBC, they pick bad venues. And a bad place to stand. Someone angry enough could have shoved them and they could hae broken their necks or spines from a good shove from that height. But all of those people want attention, but it didn't seem to me they wanted it on the internet because he shut up instead of trying to speak his mind on camera. I've dealt with hate groups before, you learn them quickly.

You're right and I appreciate you giving them a piece of your mind, too! I saw the cameras there recording them waiting for someone to assault them so they'd have it on video and could sue. I wanted to push them myself!! ;)

I was there and I think they DO want their faces on the internet and they got a rise out of me, too. I personally think that because they WANTED attention, we shouldn't be giving them any. I gave them a piece of my mind there and thought the time and place they chose were completely unbelievable. Karma will get them, but I don't think they should be in here. They will show their ignorant friends and this will spread like crazy amongst the haters/ignorant.

Thank you for sharing these folks ignorance and POOR choice of forum for their issues! We were out there as well and my husband decided to jump up their and give them a piece of his mind too. Cannot believe these guys tried so hard to ruin an event of hope, healing, and love!
