No race is imba, people just say a race is imba when they can't find a counter to a strategy of that race.
I'm a plat protoss and I believe that Zerg is imba, but really, it's just because I can't find a sure-proof way how to beat mass mutas. This doesn't mean that they are imba though.
All races have their ups and downs so don't say that a certain race is OP

you can beat a terran in less then 10 minutes (at least i can, as protoss)
There are stupid people out there that build roches against marauders
and stalkers against marauders
That is why people say that terran is op
Becuase they dont know the correct counter
