I think this clip is fantastic. Five minutes..... So many people say 'I don't have time.'. Everyone seems to have time to watch reality shows about weight loss and keep fit but no one seems to want to get off their cheeks to unleash their own power whilst watching them. That's incentive enough for me. Love the clip. Very clear and informative.
