  • Nice job on the review. I watched all the videos and I have major ADD.

What kind of bike is that at the very end?

  • Thanks!

The bike at the end is the IfMode bike.

  • Good review -- except for the bus ride and 1 item on your wish list.

It already has the quick release lock for standing upright. Read the manual.

That's what those two loops are for on the tip of the handlebars.

Also, I live in a hilly town in PA and it's not as bad for going uphill as you would imagine. You're right, though, you can't stand up on it, but you're already in a pretty high upright position when riding.

  • 1. 15 Pounds is not feasible. a Brompton is heavier 2. Price is actually to low, higher price would get better quality 3. You should roll it while holding the saddle not the steering bar. You can easily manoeuvre the folded bike when it's vertical whilst holding the seat.

Second tier products like other handlebars, seats, lights, cogwheels and luggage carriers are available.

  • when is the if mode review coming?

  • lolzz, the review is so

    robotic?

  • Strida is a great concept but after 20 years of making it still has major issues. The worst is the steering in my opinion. But I do like the upright riding position. One day maybe they'll sort it all out.

  • Very comprehensive review doesn't do Strida full justice. I've owned MkI. Mk3 and now Mk5 over a year. With such experience of Strida I've developed tricks and habits neutralising ALL the negative points made. Strida is a bike for NOW and for FUTURE. You learn how to use a Strida differently as it is a totally different experience from riding bicycles. STRIDA is not a bicycle; it is a Strida. I am 'partially disabled' due to ME and my has Strida allowed me to be totally independent for years.

  • very good review, amazing city bike Strida!

  • Hi: Did your bike arrive? What do you think of the bike? I think this is a great review. I am car free and ride bikes and bus in Denver and I'm thinking of buying a collapsible. What kind of riding do you do?
