On April 20th, 2008 students from the West Coast Hwa Rang Do Academy participated in the annual GoTooGi (Submission Fighting) Challenge, to crown this year's school champion and in preparation for the World Inter-School Championship Tournament coming up on July 27th, 2008.

Jokyo Nicholas Day wins with a very uncommon knee compression submission hold, from the guard position.

Not meaning any disrespect. These two were not of the same skill level. The guy who won was obvoiusly more well versed in submissions he was making moves at the neck arms and even checked the feet a couple times. Now the other guy was very good at getting himself out ot trouble.
